After car battery went dead on my 1997 Chrysler Town & Country, the
dashboard lights for the car recirculation, A/C started flashing.
The rear wiper, rear intermittent wiper, and rear
washer lights do not work, yet the devices function.
The flashing and non-working lights continue
like this while driving for about 15-20 minutes, then they clear up and
work normally until the car is restarted. Then the cycle starts over
again.
I have been told that the A/C needed to be
charged with freon, which I have done, but they continue to flash.
I have also been told that there is a series of
steps that are needed to "reset" the computer, but no one has been able
to tell me the series of steps needed to reset the system properly.
Can anyone please help?
